Christmas raffle draw
Here’re the winning numbers for our Christmas charity raffle.
We’ll hold on to prizes until the end of the month, then redraw for any that haven’t been claimed.
So best keep your tickets.
If you’ve been lucky, just message or mail us (admin@microbus.pub).
Thanks to Station East, the Stone Trough and the Fiddlers Three for their kind donations.
And a special thanks to Peter for donating a pretty cool guitar.

Bus to Wellington
After a lot of thought, we decided to ask the Yard of Ale brewery to brew us another house beer.
We left the octopus theme from the first three house beers behind, with our new NZ Pale.
It’s going down so well that we’re already on our seventh cask (of eight).
Our first quiz
Our first quiz; a music quiz. Monday 5th December.
Dogtoberfest
Beer by bus
The guys at Go North East have produced a cool as anything Beer By Bus leaflet.
The leaflet shows you how to get to the best craft beer bars in Newcastle and Gateshead by bus. Save your legs, catch a bus.
Customers
So a German guy and a Brazilian guy cycle into a bar. Our little bar.
The German guy’s a regular, a lovely bloke. He met the Brazilian guy cycling across the Tyne Bridge. And brought him to the ‘bus.
The Brazilian guy had cycled 33k miles before arriving here.
He asked if there was anywhere he could sling a hammock.
So our lovely customers had a whip round and he stayed at the Hilton.
It’s on
Our third, possibly our last, house beer is on now. A session IPA, Hoptopus is the perfect summer beer.
